We want you to feel confident trying Olivium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the bottle within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid for the product.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sciencebasedlabs.com within 60 days of the date your order was delivered.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for your return
We will reply with return instructions and the address to which your bottle should be sent. Please do not mail your return before contacting us.
Returning Your Bottle
To qualify for the guarantee:
- Your refund request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- The Olivium bottle must be returned, even if it has been opened or used.
- The return must include the original bottle and any unused capsules remaining.
- The product must have been purchased directly from sciencebasedlabs.com.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund returns that do not reach us.
Your Refund
Once we receive the returned bottle, we will inspect and process the return within five business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will include the price paid for the product and applicable tax. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or sent in error.
Your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or is missing an item, contact us at support@sciencebasedlabs.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs of the package and product.
When the error is ours, Science Based Labs will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping.
Purchases From Other Sellers
Products purchased from Amazon or another retailer are subject to that seller’s return and refund policy and cannot be refunded through sciencebasedlabs.com.
Misuse of the Guarantee
Science Based Labs may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, repeated misuse of the guarantee or a return containing a product other than the Olivium supplied with the original order.
This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
